We realize that people can quickly pick up new languages and products as long as they have a solid educational foundation and are willing to learn. The main factors for us when considering job applicants are the following:

- Right attitude toward development process and innovations. You've got to love it!

Presently we are looking for the following skills:

• Android Developer [IMMEDIATE] with strong Java skills, good understanding of mobile applicaitons. Basic knowledge of Android SDK is required. Involvement in development process of applicaitons available on Android Market is a big plus.
  
  
• iPhone Developer [IMMEDIATE] with strong ObjectiveC, Xcode and Cocoa Framework skills, good understanding of mobile applicaitons. Basic knowledge of iPhone SDK is required. Involvement in development process of applicaitons available on Apple AppStore is a big plus.
  
  
• Web and Graphic Designer with good taste and imagination combined with technical background in programming. In addition to graphical skills, the knowledge of HTML and CSS is required. Optionally we would like you to be familiar with XSL and Java Script. Knowledge and experience in Flash / Flex and .NET programming would be greatly beneficial. We would like to see your design portfolio and previous work, if possible.
